They were the first clan I joined, then left after I was promoted because the average age is about 15. I don't think you will have to deal with them anyway (EU guild... so I will be the one to finish them off ^^

Depends on many things really, you just have to communicate with those people enough to establish they have whatever characteristics your looking for.

You are most likely right though, I doubt he promoted people based on their characteristics or values.

I wouldn't worry too much either about GP. In fact, after CBT, going in to OB or after wards, they'll probably fall apart from all the jealousy between the members.

I've seen it happen especially with these forms of clans in pre-Game Clans. Even so, if they survive after launch, they'll just be an unorganized zerg clan.
