Start leveling up?

I plan to do as much leveling as possible. I don't normally do this when a game is released, but if Optimus wants to be number 1, some of us gotta push the extra mile.

After wards, PvP, PvP, and more PvP. Then a little resource gathering - ultimately I think all of us will be resource gathering.

Indeed, as a clan/guild that wants to be not only a powerful military force but a large trading operation as well we will need to expand. In order to expand we'll all need to be come familiar with the game asap while still having fun with the game. Aside from that our first priority will have to be to level up and scout out the nearby space in which we start; which i'm sure won't be too hard considering the missions in the beginning will lead us to those paticular places.

Once at a decent enough level, and once Optimus gets it's feet firmly planted in the financial/economic ground we can then procede to build our clan station, or at the very least create our guild. Afterwards we can go out into the wild black yonder and search for resource...uhh platforms? (probably in teams to provide security).

All of which will be handled through our TeamSpeak. That's just my outlook on what will more than likely go down.

Edit: To your question of resources Way, there were be randomly generated resource (let's call them platforms for lack of a better term) platforms in which clans/guilds will have to capture in order to gain resources. Once exhausted these "platforms" will disappear and another one will be randomly generated somewhere else.

We as a guild don't, but Backslap said in an earlier thread we could use his until we got out own, you'll have to look for it though it's not like it's hidden lol. I believe Bion said the same thing.

Leveling up is our priority although creating the guild immediatly will need to be done. There are always idiots lurking around who will try and steal premade guild names.

My priority will be summing up our competition and looking for decent tactics.

Of course, all while leveling up...

I agree...leveling up and scouting should be the initial priorities. As we get closer to launch (and hopefully some, if not all, of us will make it into beta) we should try to coordinate times when groups of us are on at the same time. Running together as much as possible will keep everyone up to speed and build cohesion. Besides, if open PvP exists, it is always good to have some friends nearby
