The Black Prophecy community is growing and prospering. Therefore, we are currently in search of new voluntary supporters to join the Black Prophecy community team. Please see the following job sheet for more details.

The Black Prophecy community team is seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to provide assistance to our English and German speaking communities via the forums and in-game presence.

The successful candidates will be energetic, creative, self-motivated, conscientious and passionate about quality. He or she will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and will be capable of delivering a consistent, first-class service to a dynamic audience. He or she will ideally have strong gaming experience, ideally in the MMO segment.

Responsibilities

Consistent and timely customer assistance either in-game or via the community forums, with the ability to make the right decision and act accordingly
Assist the QA team with the analysis and reproduction of reported defect
Attend regular meetings and provide management reporting as directed
Other responsibilities, as assigned.
Requirements
Must be 21 years of age or older
Minimum availability three to five hours per week (including weekends)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluency in both written and spoken English
Passion for gaming and experience of the MMO sector
Strong customer-facing skills and a professional attitude
Detail-oriented with an ability to multi-task
Proficiency with MS Office or equivalent tools
Must have previously held a position of trust and/or responsibility
Desired
Previous game master and/or forum-moderation experience (knowledge of vBulletin an advantage)
Fluency in written and spoken German
Knowledge of other European languages
Status: Volunteer
Location: Remote

I'd actually enjoying being a GM if I got int to Beta or not. I hate the BP community, but some of you guys know how much I still like to help out where I can.
