Since I got time on my hands I looked at this video (http://www.optimusclan.com/general-discussion-f21/e3-gameplay-video-we-over-looked-t525.htm#3133) and typed out all the skills and their descriptions.

Pilot Skill Trees Cockpi10 Cockpit
This skill determines which Cockpits can be used. It is also needed to install Cockpit mods and can also be required for crafting processes.

Pilot Skill Trees Energy10 Energy
This skill determines which Energy Weapons can be used. It is also needed to install Energy Weapon mods and can also be required for crafting processes. It's needed to use:
- Pulse Laser
- Particle Beam
- Plasma Gun
- Plasma Flamer

Pilot Skill Trees Mechan10 Mechanical
This skill determines which Projectile Weapons can be used. It is also needed to install Projectile Weapon mods and can also be required for crafting processes. It is needed to use:
- Chain Gun
- Vulcan
- Scattergun
- Sniper
- Magnum

Pilot Skill Trees Specia10 Special
This skill determines which Special Weapons can be used. It is also needed to install Special Weapon mods and can also be required for crafting processes. It is needed to use:
- Lightning Gun
- Ray Gun
- Fusion Cannon
- Grenade Launcher
- Seeker Cannon

Pilot Skill Trees Engine11 Engine
This skill determines which Engines can be used. It is also needed to install Engine mods and can also be required for crafting processes.

Pilot Skill Trees Shield11 Shield
This skill determines which Shields can be used. It is also needed to install Shield mods and can also be required for crafting processes.

Pilot Skill Trees Hull11 Hull
This skill determines which Wings and Missile Launchers can be used. It is also needed to install Wing or Missile Launcher mods and can also be required for crafting processes.

Pilot Skill Trees Explos11 Explosive
This skill determines which Missiles and Explosive Weapons can be used. It is also needed to install Missiles and Explosive Weapon mods and can also be required for crafting processes. It is needed to use:
- Scavenger Unguided Missile
- Carnivore Guided Missile
- Plague Rocket Pod
- Cannibal Cluster Missile

Pilot Skill Trees Tactic11 Tactics
This skill determines which maneuvers the player can perform. The Maneuvers are performed by pressing the direction combinations quickly with the configured directional buttons or with the control sick. Tactics need Adrenaline to be executed.

Great work Jester! We all appreciate your effort, keep it up!

Now... as I was telling ZK yesterday... Plasma Flamer = Insta-fail. I would also have to strongly agree that... (snickers) "Ray Gun" is... well sad... just... sad. Though i'm sure we'll all be wrong and it will have all it's stats maxed out at 9999 (FF anyone?).

*sigh* frigg'n Germans are still sticking to the past...

I was kinda surprised by some of the weapons when I was copying this from the video. Like a magnum in space and Ray guns and Lightning guns (reminds me of Unreal Very Happy)

They got really creative with the missile names though. CANNIBAL cluster missile, CARNIVORE guided missile. I hope there's a Dino Destroy missile in the future.

Well I believe there is actually a cluster missle named the Cannibal... as far as the Carnivore goes... your guess is as good as mine...

The lightning gun, well if it's anywhere near the same as the one in Gratuitous Space Battles it'll be for raping shields not the hull. It will also fail maybe even more-so than the Plasma Flamer (which I will be sarcastically using as a AWESOME OMGWTFBBQDBZPWN weapon until proven otherwise).

I hope that with enough time and work we will eventually be able to max out all of the skills on 1 character. Only so that we don't have to have alts to be able to craft everything and fit every Mod.

I can see them allowing us to max out like 6 of the 9 skills, so that we would need to level a alt and in turn spend more money at the IM.
Or maybe they will just put an item in IM that will unlock that potential.
Of course they could just allow all of they to be maxed at the get go.

I actually want them to now allow us to max everything. I like the fact that some people are better at some things that others. Like one guy can be the powerful missile spamming, ray gun shooting, bullet raining ship while the other plays the role of the strong hull and shield ship like a mobile turret. As for the crafting thing, it's good thing you have a clan right Wink You can just give it some trustworthy clan mate to craft stuff and vice versa. In the real world, no one ever works alone.

Your right Jester. I'm just a bit of a Completionist/Perfectionist. I want to be the best at EVERYTHING. And be able to do everything on 1 character.

I feel that games that have Classes with roles such as TANK/DPS/HEAL can feel so limiting. Only class system I ever really liked was FFXI, because you could switch to whatever job you wanted on the same character.
