Do you by chance have the original color version? I can change it myself (I have Gimp) if this is all yu have.

Other then that, I think I can take it fom here. I'll just remove the whitish outline, mix something, up and turn i into a new logo.

I could try making one if you have any guidelines as to what you want - i.e. do you want the Genide faction logo as part of it, or do you want the previously posted spaceship idea? Do you want both? Do you have any color scheme in mind (I would assume something to match the site)?

A color scheme like the site would be nice, probably should avoid warmer colors, but if they can mix in well with whatever it is, I'm all for it.

Try coming up with something, there's really no set boundaries yet =) surprise us

I personally think our current banner is perfect, but maybe that is because I created it and am biased.

It's different then usual but I made it so this forum wouldn't be so gloomy with all the dark colors.

I have been researching the option of multiple themes and I think I have found a solution.

Go to http://en.hitskin.com/ and find one or two that you like. I will use the ones you choose to test this theory.

Hmm, well let's try out the New Age skin (but probably a more blue version to match the logo better) and the Graphic Design skin.

New Age is on page one of the popular list, the Graphic Design one is on page 3.

Well it looks like the one feature forumotion is lacking is a theme changer. There is talk, though, of implementing it.

Until then, I have come up with this:

As long as you don't log out that theme should stay into effect. You can just bookmark one of the above URLs and go there instead of just optimusclan.forumotion.com.

Hmm, that's not bad, though the greenish-blue forum headers don't match the blue of the logo (try an HSV of [140,180,128] ).

I don't mind the gloomy colors you had before though, either. In fact, all you really would have needed to change was the background and it wouldn't have been gloomy anymore.

That said, I like it a lot more than the current standard theme.

I'm having a hard time matching the color of the forum bar with the logo. -.- (I have Gimp)

I edited it a bit, see if you like it. Also, what do you want for a background? Just plain black?
